318iS Part 7: Headliner, pop-outs, and elipsoids

The last piece to my interior puzzle finally arrived from CA. To install it I had to remove all of the rear windows so I installed pop-outs while I was in there.

Windows removed, this gave me a chance to really clean every nook.

Need to remove this section of foam to be able to mount the pop-outs

Next I installed the headliner which took quite a while and didn't come out perfect due to the fact that the glass sunroof has a weird drain system that the normal E30 one does not.

To reinstall the rear window I had to order a special tool for the lock strip. I ended up not needing it for a lot of the time but it still helped.

Pop-outs finished!

Next, I rebuilt a set of elipsoids I had. I ordered some replacement plastic parts from e28goodies, impressive quality.
